UNN Revised Academic Calendar For 2018/2019 Session UNN Revised Academic calendar for the continuation of the 2018/2019 academic session following the suspension of the industrial action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union, ASUU has been published. Academic activities resumed on, Monday, February 11, 2019.

All academic staff and non-teaching staff are directed to ensure that full academic activities take off smoothly in order to cover lost ground.

FIRST SEMESTER 2018/2019 SESSION

FEBRUARY 2019
Monday 11 – Lectures resume
Friday 22 – Registration ends for Students
Saturday 23 – MATRICULATION

MARCH 2019
Monday 04 – Late Registration Begins
Friday 15 – Late Registration Ends

APRIL 2019
Friday 26 – Lectures End
Monday 29 – Revision begins

MAY 2019
Thursday 09 – Revision Ends
Monday 13 – Departmental Examinations begin
Monday 20 – Departmental Examinations end
Tuesday 21 – Examinations in Inter-Faculty and Inter-Disciplinary courses begin
Friday 31 – Examinations in Inter-Faculty and Inter-Disciplinary courses end

Friday 28 – Last day for submission of first semester results to the Department. Processing of results begin in the Department

JULY 2019 – Lectures continue

AUGUST 2019
Friday 16 – Lectures end
Monday 19 – Revision begin
Friday 23 – Revision ends
Monday 26 – Departmental Examinations begin

SEPTEMBER 2019
Wednesday 04 – Departmental Examinations end
Thursday 05 – Examinations in Inter-Faculty and Inter-Disciplinary courses begin
Monday 16 – Examinations in Inter-Faculty and Inter- Faculty courses end

Monday 30 – Last day for submission of second semester results to the Departments. Processing of results begins in the Departments

OCTOBER 2019
Monday 07 – Last day for submission of second semester results to the Registry (Examinations). Processing of results begins in the Registry.
Friday 11 – Deadline for checking of results by Heads of Department
Monday 14 – Monday 21 – Faculty Boards meet to consider and approve final year students’ results
Wednesday 30 – Senate meets to consider and approve final year Students’ results.
