ADSU Resumption and Academic Calendar For The 2018/2019 Session Following the conditional suspension of Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU nation-wide strike, the Adamawa State University has announced the resumption of academic activities for the conclusion of the 2017/2018 session as well as the Academic Calendar for 2018/2019 session.
The details are as shown below;
Second Semester 2017/2018 Session
Resumption for the semester – 18th March, 2019
Revision – 18th – 24th March, 2019
Second Semester Examination – 25th March – 13th April
FIRST SEMESTER 2018/2019
i. Resumption (new students) – 14th April, 2019
ii. First Semester Lectures (new students) – 15th April — 20th July. 2019
iii. Matriculation – 19th April, 2019
iv. Resumption (returning students) – 28th April, 2019
v. First Semester Lecturers (returning students) – 29th April – 20th July, 2019
vi. Revision – 21st — 28th July, 2019
vii. First Semester Examinations – 29th July —17th August. 2019
viii. First Semester Break – 18th -24th August, 2019
SECOND SEMESTER 2018/2019
i. Resumption (All students) – 25th August, 2019
ii. Second Semester Lectures – 26th August —17’h November, 2019
iii. Revision/SUG Election – 18th — 24th November, 2019
iv. Second Semester Examinations – 25th November — 14th December, 2019
