UNIBEN SUG notice to students on payment of N200 for dress code handbook We bring fundamental greetings to the over seventy-seven thousand and one (77,001) students of the great University of Benin.
The attention of the leadership of the Union has been drawn to the sales of the ‘University Dress Codes Hand Book. For the record, there was never a time a meeting was called with the leadership of the Union to deliberate on any dress code or payment of #200 for the supposed handbook before the decision was taken by University management.
The Union, therefore, condemns, in a strong term, such an unholy act by the University Management. We urge all our UNIBEN intellectuals to quickly discontinue payment for such item forthwith as it was never agreed upon between the management and the Union.
We also want to use this medium to reiterate the Union’s genuine commitment in continually advocating and protecting the interest of all University of Benin students at all time.
