The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) and the Centre d’Etude Régional pour l’Amélioration de l’Adaptation à la Sécheresse (CERAAS) is offering Scholarship opportunities to Africans who are looking to acquire a Postgraduate degree program in Senegal.
This scholarship program promotes African academic exchange as well as educational co-operation with developing countries through a variety of funding and scholarship programmes.
