ASUU Strike Update Day 63: ASUU-FG Meeting Holds Today

ASUU Strike Update Day 63: ASUU-FG Meeting Holds Today The Federal Government will today Monday, January 7th, 2019 meet again with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) towards finding a way to resolve the ongoing strike. We have gathered that the meeting has been scheduled to commence by 30:30 pm prompt at the Conference Room of the Minister of Labour and Productivity.

The Minister of Labour and productivity, Chris Ngige confirmed this in a statement signed on Saturday in Abuja by Mr Samuel Olowookere, Director of Press, in the ministry.

According to the statement, the meeting is in furtherance to efforts at resolving the on-going industrial action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
